Warranty Claims
Dr-Dryer handles all manufacturer warranty claims. If you need to have any equipment repaired or replaced under warranty please contact us immediately. There are specific instructions on packing equipment (to avoid further damage to internal parts) for shipment so please contact us before you pack the unit for shipping.

Orders damaged during shipment
All shipments are fully insured for the full market value of the merchandise. So if you receive an order that seems to have been damaged during shipment, you have the right to refuse it. In order to insure prompt replacement of your order, please do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged packaging and/or merchandise, investigation by shipping agency may be necessary.
